**Location: Conway**

**Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum + £3,600 performance bonus (£900 every three months)**

**Our company is currently in search of a skilled Disability Assessor to become a part of our team in Cardigan. As a Disability Assessor, your main responsibility will be evaluating individuals who have disabilities and health conditions to determine their eligibility for government benefits. Your role will entail conducting assessments in person, over the phone, and through Zoom, and creating comprehensive reports based on your evaluations**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments with individuals who have disabilities or health conditions
- Write detailed reports based on your findings
- Determine eligibility for government benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one-year post-registration experience as a Nurse, Doctor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes
