**The Role**:
The main purpose of the Venue Booker is to build rapport over the telephone with Charity Champions within the UK. This will be done by explaining the fantastic work that the charities do locally and nationally and how the charities really do change lives.

Once the rapport has been built you will book charity fundraisers into the venues to create more awareness and ultimately fundraise for these brilliant organisations.

It is a lovely role working within a supportive team where you really feel you are making a difference.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to different venues
- Develop a full understanding of the Charities.
- Influence the decision maker/ Charity Champion
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
- Achieve targets on call quality and performance measures
