**The Role**
- Taking direction from your line manager and carrying out set tasks, within set timeframe
- Ensuring that agreed company service standards are applied
- Due diligence responsibility to ensure all necessary checks are completed (chain/funds etc) prior to status change to SSTC
- Progressing the majority of sales agreed in accordance with prescribed service standards, aiming for a recommendation rate of 98% from post-completion client questionnaires
- Recording of information using RPS software
- Attending and participating in daily morning meetings
- Attending evening meetings from to time to time
- General team duties
- Any other duties that may be designated from time to time
- Negotiating (and re-negotiating where necessary) between client and buyer
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, buyers, mortgage brokers and solicitors both face to face and on the telephone
- Pro-active, regular (weekly or more frequent) updates to client and purchaser
- General answering of telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting applicants and clients in the office
- Attending Ashtons’ social functions from time to time
