**£50,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)**

We are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Solicitor to join the employment department of an established regional Private Practice Law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive Law firm with excellent potential for career progression.

**What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?**
- Dealing with a varied caseload including all employment law matters.
- Assisting clients with drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements, redundancies, TUPE matters, employment tribunal claims, assisting with contractual matters.
- Dealing with employment law matters for individual clients and small to medium size enterprises.
- Reporting to the Partner and working with other colleagues in the team.
- Managing and developing client relationships.

**Requirements Skills and Qualifications**
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment Law.
- The ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
