As Supply Chain Executive, you will be a pivotal player in optimising and growing our supply chain offering. You will build strong relationships with suppliers and customers towards achieving your end goal - providing the seamless delivery of high-quality and cost-effective printed products and digital services to our partner network.
In this role, you will work with our supplier network during onboarding, ensuring they are set up to deliver exceptional service, utilising our system to do so. As part of the onboarding process, you will work with the product team to productise each range within our system, and you will collaborate with our marketing team to create a communications strategy to launch new products to the partner network.
To achieve continual improvement and growth, you will monitor user feedback on the quality of existing ranges, and work with suppliers to address areas of improvement.
You will get to collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations, technology) as well as suppliers and customers to improve our reseller tools, marketing and support resources to increase sales.
You will engage in market research to spot new products or services we should be offering; with the support of your manager and the commercial team, you will identify suitable suppliers (new and existing) and engage with these to add to our supply chain offering.
Excellent people skills and a high level of accuracy are essential to this role.
You will report to the Product Manager, working within the Product Support Team. This is a hybrid role, with a blend of working from home and office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supplier Relations**:_

- Review and resolve/assist in resolving quality reports from customers.
- Answer customer queries promptly and provide specialist advice.
- Handle general support queries related to order placement and tracking.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
- **Strategic Growth**_
- Source new product ranges (from existing or new suppliers) that align with our business objectives to promote across our network.
- Digital marketing of our supplier software and customer network to existing and new suppliers.
- **Onboarding and Launch**:_
- Onboard suppliers to our production software; establishing their workflows, product specifications and requirements, and delivery methods.
- Work with the product and technology team to deliver training to suppliers who will use our software to take orders from our network.
- Collaborate with colleagues in product, sales, technology, and marketing teams to launch and promote products and services.
- Manage the onboarding process until new products go live (product merchandising, marketing, reseller tools).
- **Knowledge Management**:_
- Maintain accurate support resources and knowledge articles.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge to provide effective support.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service.
