**_Working on small and large maintenance / remedial projects within industrial and manufacturing - no extensive travel
- **Monday - Friday role - set off from home, complete your jobs on-site, visit the office as required

**Duties will include**:

- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance - mainly fire alarm, emergency lighting, EICR
- Working mostly solo - sometimes with a small team - providing an efficient and friendly service
- Relaying clear information to the maintenance manager/estimator for remedial pricing
- Carrying out various remedial works — fire alarm, emergency lighting, EICR
- Using hand-held devices for reporting
- Working with autonomy and initiative
- C&G 2391 (City & Guilds Electrical Inspection and Testing) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of BS5839
- Good knowledge of fire alarm systems
- Experience in a similar maintenance role, confident in your ability to get the job done
- Great customer service skills, good communicator
- Happy to travel throughout the midlands (all Monday - Friday)
