**Social Media Marketing Executive**

Salary circa 25-30k dependent on skills and experience + benefits package

Full time

Hybrid working - Huddersfield/Leeds

Paladin are looking for a bright, ambitious Social Media Marketing Executive to join their growing team. You will ideally possess experience in paid social media marketing, as well as broader knowledge, particularly in performance marketing.

Paladin have offices in both Leeds and Huddersfield and suitable individuals will have the ability to work flexibly and remotely.

You’ll be digitally savvy and a good communicator, with the ability to deliver clear, insightful reports and solutions to their clients. You will ideally possess 3 years paid media experience with an agency or in-house, but attitude and culture are equallyas important.

**Day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Project proposals: working to deliver paid social campaigns for clients and working with the digital marketing team to set and align with broader strategies.
- Management: managing junior members, as well as their personal development.
- Deliverables: production of the client deliverables from the project scope in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Project Management: coordination of multiple internal and external stakeholders on the campaign.
- Reporting: weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of results.
- Client Liaison: scheduled calls and meetings with clients, as well as ad hoc communication.
- Agency Marketing: responsible for the development and delivery of the agency marketing plan.

**You should have solid experience in, and the ability to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience of running successful paid social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.
- An understanding of how paid social can be used to develop a client’s marketing goals.
- Analysing performance data and developing actionable insights from Google Analytics.
- Analytical skills including the ability to work with complex data and utilise spreadsheets to solve problems.
- Client management skills; the ability to build rapport and become a trusted partner.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively through presentations, meetings and day-to-day contact.
- Strong time management skills; the ability to plan your week and prioritise tasks.
- A driven, positive attitude with problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail.
- An understanding of attribution and the different models that can be used.
- Good understanding of the complexities of Meta Business Manager paid media, SEO and social media marketing.
