**Role Overview**
This role is based in evo’s offices in Normanton, Wakefield, and reports into the Marketing Manager - evo and Banner.
The Marketing team for evo and Banner consists of 7 people (including this role). The team also regularly collaborates with the wider marketing team based in Normanton as well as all sales teams within Banner.
**Role Objective**
The overall aim of the team is to position and support Banner and the evo brands. There will be a particular focus on Banner, raising awareness amongst key target audiences across public and private sectors, and supporting the sales teams with their new business efforts.
This is a varied and exciting role, with lots of opportunity to learn while supporting the team in many areas of corporate marketing.

- Supporting with the management of our social media channels for Banner and evo
- Supporting with events (internal and external), including event administration, sourcing of event kit and promo gifts, logistics, and communications
- Loading content onto our website, ensuring it is up to date, accurate and optimised
- General admin of our marketing automation platform, Hubspot
- Supporting with the administration of the marketing inboxes
- Administering our internal employee recognition schemes for Banner
- Briefing in flyers / adverts / animations to the design team as required
- Supporting the Marketing Executive to gather content for our monthly newsletter
- Creating and promoting customer case studies and blog articles
- Supporting the wider marketing team with the production of our main annual product catalogue
- Organising the creation, distribution and follow ups of customer feedback surveys
- Supporting with our customer lifecycle campaigns
- Supporting the ongoing marketing communications of evo Foundation, an independent charity founded by evo
**What are we looking for?**
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes
Essential:
- Good English skills, with the ability to write and proof marketing content
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a good level of professionalism
- Good organisational skills to manage projects on time
- Good team player
- A self-starter with the ability to work without support when required
- An awareness of different social media channels, including LinkedIn and X
Desirable:
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and communication channels
- Copywriting skills
- The ability to confidently communicate and liaise
