Here at **Zeta Services**, we’re seeking a **Business Support Administrator & Planning Co-Ordinator **to join our team based in our **Bicester **office (hybrid working available 3 days in office, 2 days at home after the induction and probation period). Our engineering work force is the backbone of our business and supporting them to ensure they deliver their expertise on site to our clients is a pivotal role where your geographical, organisational, and administrative prowess will be utilised.

Maybe you’ve worked as a resource coordinator previously, or have experience of providing a first-class sales administrative/customer service to clients where your transferable skills are abound? **What we offer**:
**Key areas of responsibility**:

- You will be working with the Commercial Team and Infield Service Delivery Team’s to support the business operational goals, objectives, new initiatives, and drive business growth. This requires strong time management skills and disciplined work behaviour and good communication skills
- You will comply with Health & Safety Policy and safe working practices, ensure responsibility for safety and discipline in work area and report accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures. Adhering to Zeta Services training requirements as requested
- You will be assisting the Divisional Heads of Deptartment in ensuring that the division commercial and compliance goals and objectives are achieved through the efficient/Cost effective utilisation of labour resource, ensuring alignment with operational strategic goals
- You will ensure that we have adequate operational coverage in all operational/reporting activities

**Experience required for the role**:

- Ideally you will have previous experience in a labour resource planning role
- You will be able to listen and communicate professionally, personably, and effectively with customers and Zeta employees alike
- You will understand when to communicate and escalate concerns or issues
- You will possess a strong work ethic with excellent time management skills and levels of organisation
