Job Purpose: To provide effective secretarial and administrative support to Medical Consultants through Stott Secretarial Services. This will entail dealing with consultants, patients, hospital departments, external stakeholders and other customers working within the healthcare sector. The role will ensure the effective secretarial support in line with organisational values, targets and standards.

Work Location: The Nuffield Hospital, Leeds and any other location to fulfil the needs of the role.

Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week Monday - Wednesday

**Salary**: £12.95/hour

Audio/touch typing.

Filing and spreadsheet management.

Maintaining and updating databases linked to the consultants, their patients and accounts.

Acting as a key ambassador for Stott Secretarial Services.

Delivering at all times a high quality and responsive service to patients across the full range of customer services.

Supporting all administrative tasks and following appropriate processes throughout Stott Secretarial Services as required to meet the needs of the business.

Audio Typing
Filing (maintaining client records for patients, ensuring they are kept up to date)
Management of patient records
Liaison with consultants and patients
Dealing with telephone queries from patients and consultants
Preparation of invoices and managing financial records
Working on multiple CRM systems
Delivering notes/referrals to different departments within the hospital

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.95 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
