**Hours of work**:Up to 10hours per week to be worked flexibly in line with the needs of the employer.

I am a shy but active young lady seeking the assistance of a support worker to allow me to socialise, enjoy my local community and to engage in my hobbies and interests.

This role would suit a likeminded, animal loving person who enjoys days out, physical activities and has a sense of fun and adventure. I have an assistance dog who comes with me everywhere.

I enjoy trips out in the car to interesting places, horse riding, dog walking and keeping chickens. I would also like to attend climbing sessions at the leisure centre.

As my support worker you would be assisting me to develop my living skills and routines, whilst helping me to maintain my independence. This could include meal planning, shopping for ingredients, help with meal preparation and assistance with some light domestic chores.

I am also keen to acclimatise myself with the local area and would like my support worker to help me plan and navigate routes to and from our chosen destinations. It would be beneficial if my support worker has a knowledge of the locality and surrounding areas.

It would also be helpful to me if my support worker is IT literate so they can assist me to engage with online courses including support managing my workload as well as research, assignment planning and the development of problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
