Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
**Duties**:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in senior care, or patient care is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with domiciliary care or assisted living settings is beneficial
**Skills**:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
