**Overview**
We are looking for one experienced, reliable and flexible individual to become an IPC Operator at our Cardiff site.
The role involves working as a member of a production team within the overall Production department, contributing to delivery of production plan in line with budgeted targets, as well as carrying out routine checks and tests to a defined schedule.
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Proven record within high-volume process-driven environment - eg food production, automotive component manufacturing or packaging.
- Numeracy and literacy skills at a level that routine checks can be carried out and records completed accurately and legibly
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- An understanding of the Manufacturing environment
- Manual handling training
- Knowledge of correct PPE usage and storage
- Willingness to undergo training, and commitment to personal professional development.
- Ability to drive a counterbalance Fork Lift Truck - training provided.
