**Main areas of responsibility**
- Creating content for eLearning modules.
- Editing previous eLearning modules in accordance with Bob’s Business’ style.
- Ensuring the quality of the content is to the highest standard and in line with any guidelines or frameworks.
- Writing marketing collateral, bespoke training courses, blog posts and any content that may be required across departments.
- Development and scripting of key presentations to be delivered by other members of the business.
- Reviewing social media content with focus on spelling and grammar and variety across platforms.
- Scripting animations for eLearning, liaising with the rest of the Creative department.
- Editorial support across all departments when required.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Educated to degree level
- 3+ years of experience in a working environment (preferred)
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Can communicate effectively with different audiences, orally and in writing
- Is organised, able to work to deadlines, and manages time effectively
- Exceptional grasp of grammar and spelling
- Review and edit documentation to meet industry and company standards.
- Proficient at writing and editing.
- A strategic thinker and natural problem solver
