Care Navigator

Lea Wharf Medical formerly known as Wallace House Surgery have just opened our new premises in February 2024

We are looking for Care Navigators to support the Patient Services Team in carrying out administrative tasks. This role will include patient contact both face to face and over the telephone therefore good communication skills are vital. Essential to the role are strong IT skills, customer service, organisational skills and an ability to focus on Workflow priorities in a busy working environment. SystmOne experience would be advantageous to the post.
