**Your new company**
Hays Property & Surveying is excited to be working in partnership with a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects throughout East Anglia.
Due to continued growth they are seeking to recruit a qualified Quantity Surveyor in their Cambridge office to work with a full spectrum of clients including private developers, commercial clients, housing associations, local authorities and county councils.You will play a leading role in expanding professional Quantity Surveying services working alongside an experienced and high performing team.
**Your new role**
As the new Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the day to day management of a number of schemes from inception to completion in order to achieve a successful outcome for the project. This will include responsibility for scheme delivery, achievingtargets and liaison with clients and invoicing.
The role includes raising the profile of the company in a range of sectors to secure new 'commercial sector' commissions. This will include being responsible for maintaining sector specific and master CV's and the production of project profiles.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed you will need to be RICS qualified, have relevant industry experience and be willing to contribute to the company's success.
**What you'll get in return**
As well as joining this fantastic consultancy, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000, plus a Location allowance equivalent to 10% of base salary, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases to 27 days after 5 years' service), Flexible working,Training and professional membership subscriptions paid, Sick pay and Childcare vouchers.
