Join Guy Carpenter, a Reinsurance specialist, supporting our varied client base.

An opportunity has arisen as Broker Support within our Asia Pacific Team in London**.**

This role focusses on providing support to the broking teams and assisting clients in the optimisation of their reinsurance programmes.

**What you will be rewarded with?**

**We will rely on you to**:

- Coordinate all placement support activities and deliver proactive, valued support within our client teams
- Draft contracts and endorsements and initiate the contract drafting process
- Assist brokers in preparation of renewal documents
- Actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support our Brokers in placing our clients reinsurances; engaging with reinsurers where required, and tracking the placement status of assigned accounts
- Actively participate in team, client, and reinsurer meetings
- Work closely with our accounting colleague
- Efficient use of all our proprietary systems including our Reinsurer marketing interface and Premium, Claims and Accounting work-flows.

**What you need to have**:

- Previous Insurance or Reinsurance experience
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Strong communicator with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders and present information
- PC Literate, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good level of numerical skills
- A desire to develop in a technical Reinsurance function
