**Facilities Manager**

**Your new company**
You will be working for a leading chartered accountancy and advisory firm, who value excellence and integrity within the workplace and deliver exemplary client service across worldwide offices based in London, Ireland, Guernsey, Switzerland, and the UAE.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for facilities management within both the London and Dublin office on a day-to-day basis. In addition to managing contractors and overseeing cleaning, vending and helpdesk services, you will ensure health and safety compliance withineach office and prepare budgets accordingly. This role will be based in the London office, with regular travel to the Dublin site.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have an in-depth knowledge of facilities management (hard and soft services) and health and safety procedures. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills whilst working as part of a busy team, with a highly organisedand detail orientated approach to tasks.
**What you'll get in return**
The role offers a basic salary of up to £56,000 in addition to life assurance cover, 25 days of annual leave, private medical insurance and many other benefits.
