**Job Role: Catering Assistant**

**Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week**

**Pay Rate: £23,000 (pro rata)**

**Being a catering assistant, you will**:

- Cook and prepare traditional meals for guests.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen including washing up, cleaning etc.
- Maintain a high level of Health and Safety
- Be able to work as a team and independently.
- Hold a level 2 in Food Hygiene and Safety - Desirable not essential.
