Estimating Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of the estimating mailbox, logging and organising quote requests
- Matching requests for requotes to existing quotations and putting them back in the system for action
- Liaising with the estimating team to ensure customer quotations are prioritised effectively
- Request quotations for bought in special material suppliers and match to the correct quotation upon return
- Handle customer telephone enquiries, liaising with various departments to ensure the customer request is handled effectively
- Use of spreadsheets to update customer data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.41-£13.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Accrington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
