Composite Trimmer

We have just the thing for you.... we are looking for a Composite Trimmer for a permanent position with our client based in Nuneaton.
Main Responsibilities
- Prep and trim composite components by hand using air cutting tools.
- Prep and bond components using adhesives and fixtures.
- Drilling / tapping / fitting inserts to holes.
- Finishing of components prior to inspection.
- Follow work instructions and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Experience of using hand and air tools.
- Ability to follow work instructions and read technical drawings.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Capable of listening to and following instructions.
- Capable of reaching set targets within given time.
- Previous experience trimming composite (both carbon and/or GRP) components
You will be working rotating shifts on a standard 37-hour week.
The hours are:
Earlies: 6 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday (incl. 30 minutes unpaid meal break) and 6 am to 11 am on Fridays.
Lates: 2.15 pm to 11.45 pm Monday to Thursday (incl. 30 minutes unpaid meal break) and 10.45 am to 3.45 pm on Fridays.
