Concrete Batcher

The key account abilities within the role will include:

- to effectively operate a batching plant to the standards required by the company using laid down procedures
- to ensure the site, plant, buildings, and equipment are kept in a clean and in a tidy condition and to carry out maintenance of static and mobile plant and machinery in accordance with Company procedures
- to maintain accurate materials/stock dates as required
- to ensure that all technical testing required to produce concrete at the plant is carried out to the correct standards and timescales
- Maintain BSI accreditation

Experience
- Knowledge of cement, aggregates, RMC
- Operate front loading shovel is essential
- Geographical knowledge of the South Wales area.
- Computer Literate
- Be able to work within a team
- Able to work on their own initiative whilst under pressure in a very busy working environment

Salary to be discussed in interview and will depend on experience.
