Mac Recruit are looking for Telesales Executives based in Glasgow city centre. You will lead by example and duties will include:

- Heavily involved in Business Development with a variety of businesses from small SME’s to Multi-Nationals
- Appointment making
- Running reports - highly proficient using CRM systems
- Nurturing new and existing client base, account management and new business
- New Business Development - phone based
- Continuous Improvement - identifying areas within in the current processes to increase opportunities and efficiencies

**What type of person are we looking for?**

You must have strong sales experience - you could be working in an outbound call centre or specialist sales team ideally within the IT sector.
- Ambitious - looking to build a business that you will be rewarded for AND potentially have the option of taking ownership of in the future
- Strong business development background
- Proven history in developing accounts
- Thrives in sales environment
- Advanced IT skills - Word & Excel
- A real ‘people person’ - you can get the best out of people even in a target driven environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Having the ability to speak fluent French or Italian would be highly advantageous.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
