We are looking for a passionate and driven self-starter for a 12-month sales -oriented internship experience. As an intern in our Customer Success Organisation, you will support the Customer Success Manager with a set of tasks and projects to help facilitate generating new opportunities from our existing customer base.

Essential Functions

Working with reporting and data to identify leads.
Finding potential for renewal sales, tech refresh, upselling and cross-selling
Finding new prospects within existing accounts
Assisting CSM in daily business
Cooperation with different departments and international teams
Job Requirements
Comfortable with data and tools such as excel.
Analytical thinker, naturally curious
Project/time management, able to solve problems/meet goals.
Interest in the IT market

**Strong communication skills**: ability to work in virtual teams, ability to adapt to audience needs.
Team spirit and collaborative
Your Profile
Must be a current 2 nd year student seeking a placement year or a recent graduate with a relevant qualification in Business Management or similar.
We will also consider students from other degree disciplines if they have relevant experience or evidence an interest in technology and sales.
You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional fluency in other languages is a bonus and sought after.
