Lettings Department Property Maintenance Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Adams Lettings Limited.
Adams Lettings specialize in, lettings and property management, and due to continued growth we now require an additional Property Maintenance Coordinator based in Runcorn.
As a Property Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for processing repairs, property inspection reports and maintenance in a courteous efficient manner.
Adams Lettings is looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and professional team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and keeping clients’ expectations managed. The applicant will also need a strong team ethic and possess a positive outlook.
As Property Maintenance Coordinator you will:
- Process repairs and maintenance
- Conduct Property Inspections
- Keep landlords and tenant updated with progress at regular intervals and accurately record on internal CRM system.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Display a high degree of common sense and attention to detail.
- Possess exceptional organisation skills due to the fast-moving nature of the role.
- Possess a full driving licence & own vehicle
- IT Literate
- Willingness to work Saturdays
Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
