Harrison Sands are looking to speak with senior recruitment managers keen to massively expand their leadership career with a business who are cash rich, backed by a global PE fund and able to aggressively invest in you and your team headcount and growth.

Our client are a leader in the professional services recruitment world (sales and marketing/ legal/ finance/ technology), and have established sites across the UK splitting their divisional reach between North England, South England and Scotland. We're lookingfor senior directors within the Northern remit with an appetite for business growth within a company who are able to accelerate their leadership potential.

What our client can offer:

- Unrivalled leadership investment (immediate funds to grow headcount significantly) and a £250K package with future equity options for you.
- A team to grow with average desk billing of AT LEAST £15K per month in all divisions. Highest biller generates £100K in fees per month). This is a high energy, high performance environment.
- £2.5 million just spent on digital transformation including massive investment in the L&D platform.
- Genuine opportunity to grow your team globally.
- Coverage of the Northern market, ideally you'll be able to base from the Leeds or Manchester sites.
