Our client is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Executive to join their team on a temporary basis.

The role is fully remote with all equipment provided.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week and hourly rate between £13 - £15 per hour.

Duties include;
? Complete monthly payroll tasks for both HQ & Referencing through capturing data from the People Operations Tracker

? Run monthly payroll review meetings

? Collate monthly payroll change data and submit to Finance for approval before processing the payroll through Xero.

? Collate team bonus and commission information (work with stakeholders to ensure information is received in line with payroll cut off) and update into payroll documents

? Complete payroll audits/compliance double checks including new starter information and bank details checks ahead of running payroll

? Complete all payroll related administrative tasks including issuing P45's

? Create maternity schedules and process maternity/paternity pay

? Ensure payroll accuracy and be the first point of contact for any pay related questions

? Work closely with the Finance and People Teams to communicate any changes

? Organise the Pension Management and be the first point of contact for pension related questions

To be considered for the role you will need to have worked within a Payroll role previously and have a basic understanding of tax/final payments/benefits such as cycle to work.
