**Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor**

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service. We live by the mantra that we have one standard and it is world class. This role comes with a basic salary of £32,000.00 with a very easily achievable OTE of £38,000.00 per annum.

We need you to want to be the best, with a real top one percent mindset, you be committed to expanding your product knowledge through a variety of training channels and be compliant with all Service Department procedures.

We believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota basis.

- A basic salary of £32,000.00 a realistic OTE of over £38,000.00

Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 100 car dealers in the country, with an ambition to be in the top 50 very soon. Across our 16 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 400 people, many of whom have been with us for years. **About You**

We are recruiting for a Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our DM Keith Bodyshop Beeston. For this role you will ideally have a Bodyshop VDA / estimating background and experience.

As a Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be highly organised, accurate, have excellent organisation skills and able to manage the demands of multiple duties.

Be flexible and adapt to change.

**Responsibilities**

Create accurate right first time repair assessments

Have a good working knowledge of Audatex, ezi methods and inter-est

To be pro-active in identifying more effective working processes

You will be a person with high standards of customer service, a positive and effective communicator and be able to consistently adhere to strict processes. You will be liaising with internal and external customers, work providers and your Bodyshop team maximising the performance of all aspects of the job. This is a busy but rewarding role, requiring a committed and reliable work ethic, alongside a desire to enjoy the role and working within a great team.

You will need the ability to prioritise your workload along with a strong attention to detail are essential in this role.

Customer care is key to our operations and demonstrating great awareness in this area is essential.

If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
