Due an expansion and re-organisation of our existing team, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced **Service Advisor** to support the increasing demand we are experiencing for our service & workshop services.

Potential earnings **of £32000 per annum** depending on performance

**SERVICE ADVISOR**

This is an important role in a fast-growing aftersales department. You'll be expected to have a broad awareness of the full aftersales model and expected to provide a great level of service to aid naturally warm and trusted relationships with your customers.

You will be ready to greet your customers, keep them updated throughout the day and talk to them about the work their vehicle requires. There are a range of key performance indicators that everyone must meet and as a senior advisor you'd be expected to contribute and knowledge share to help those around you.

Elements of the role include:

- Ensuring customers are ready for their day, helping to manage their aftersales expectations from the very start before they even arrive.
- Be an outstanding representation of the company at all times, focusing on providing that 10/10 experience no matter what the repair or stage of the journey.
- Have a personal appetite to succeed but a passion to be apart of a winning team.
- Set an outstanding first impression for those making new bookings, to set the tone right for the rest of the repair or service experience.
- Using your sound motoring knowledge; ensure that estimates and quotes are correct to the needs of the customer, priced and structured correctly and followed up within reasonable timeframes.
- Ensure accurate pre-loading of the workshop schedule for your new bookings, helping to aid a smooth operation and handover for Workshop controller.
- Keep your customers informed throughout the day on their repairs, as you would expect if you were on the other side of the desk.
- Raising and sending of invoices, and taking payments accordingly

You will demonstrate uncompromising high standards of the above points to help maintain our excellent levels of customer satisfaction and experience.

You should have the following traits, experience and capabilities to be successful in this role:

- At least 2 full years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent time management, organisational and inter-personal skills.
- Strong team skills, being a supportive member and a brand ambassador.
- The ability to upsell a range of identified work and Aftersales products.
- Familiar working with targets to achieve department success.
- A natural interest in aftersales, with ready to share knowledge to answer the most commonly asked questions from your customers.
- Possess and share the values that match the honesty and progressive nature of our brand.

**WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN**

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
