We are seeking a Senior Receptionist / Team leader to join our thriving chiropractic clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care and wellness services to our community.

**Position Overview**:
As a Senior Receptionist/Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for leading our reception team, overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, and providing outstanding customer service to our patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with leadership skills and a passion for healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and mentor reception staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage patient appointments, inquiries, and scheduling to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information.
- Handle patient intake processes, including payment processing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting, preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills,
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Confident and proficient in verbal and written communication.

**Hours**:
26.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
- Typical Hours might include:_
Monday 08:45-14:45
Tuesday 08:45-12:45
Wednesday 09:30-14:00
Thursday 08:45- 14:45
Friday 08:30-13:30

**Salary (Pro rata)**:
£25,000 -£26,325
