Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Retention

Start Date: 21st August 2023

Location: Bexhill - Hybrid

Shift Patterns: Mon-Fri, 14:00 - 19:00, no Lunch Break

**Salary**: £22,800 up to £24,300 as part of our careers framework

Training Period: 10 Weeks in the office. mirroring shift patterns, then one day a week in the office once training has been completed.

Holidays while in Training: Up to 1 week, after the first three weeks of training are completed.

Assessments: Final interviews will be held in the Bexhill office.

- You need to love helping customers resolve their problems, you don’t need to know about insurance, we will give you all of the training and tools you need to be able to do this successfully
