Bramah HR is recruiting for a fantastic multi faceted PA and administrator role for a brilliant business based close to Finsbury in central London. This is an ideal role for an experienced PA or senior administrator to work in a fast paced forward thinking business. This will be a hybrid role offering 1-2 days in the office with the rest as working from home.

**Responsibilities**
**- **Diarise meetings for Client Advisors
- Ensure all scanning and filing is completed for all received post
- Distribute agendas for client meetings
- Use and update internal systems to map the client journey
- Ensure all electronic client forms are organised, updated and easily accessible.

**Skills and Experience**
- Able to deliver a client focused experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 year + experience as a PA or Administrator in a fast paced environment
- Excellent IT skills
