**Role**

Reporting directly to the Head of site, you will assist them ensuring all parties are well run within brand standards, with high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Liase with customers on what they want from their party
- Upsell additional services for parties
- Ensure parties are run to the expectations of the customers, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Order supplies for parties in time for the event
- Prepare food, games and activites as booked for childrens parties

**Additional duties**

The post holder will be required to be flexible in assisting the Head of Site operations and other colleagues with the varied tasks required to deliver the Association’s objectives. S/He will be expected to be proactive in identifying problems and in recommending solutions and in suggesting improvements and helping to implement these to achieve enhanced service delivery.

**Working arrangements**

18 Hours a week

Shifts will be on Saturdays and Sundays and one midweek shift

**Salary**: £10.30 per hour
