**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses, to showcase the college's programs and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and industry partners, to expand the college's recruitment network.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,203.00-£34,022.00 per year
