The opportunity has become available for you to join East Anglia’s only 2 Michelin Star Restaurant, Midsummer House in Cambridge. We are currently looking for a new member of our Front of House Team to join as a Senior Member of the Waiting Staff/Chef de Rang.

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and caring individual who can provide excellent customer service to all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent customer service to all our guests
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of menu items
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with all our guests
- Basic food preparation techniques would be a plus

This role pays up to £30,000 per annum including tips
