**FM Co-ordinator - Meetings & Events**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo (Becket House)

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced FM Co-ordinator (Meetings & Events) from a strong events or concierge background to join our facilities team at our head office in Waterloo. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

**Key Activities**:

- Reporting to the Service Manager
- To oversee the service delivery for meetings and events across the building, while focusing on service excellence.
- To provide an effective professional Helpdesk and ensure that all calls are answered in a professional manner and in the agreed time frame
- Logging jobs on Maximo, feeding these through to the operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customer where required
- Supporting the FM Department in the financial processes and procedures while offering a proactive approach to all work undertaken.
- To raise purchase orders & receipting invoices on time, focusing on first time fixes as a priority (tracking all materials / subcontractor works).
- To co-ordinate bookings and create work orders for relevant areas of facilities management services, e.g. cleaning, portering and maintenance
- Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous events or concierge experience essential; reception or catering knowledge desirable
- First class customer service skills and corporate experience
- Good organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in Hard and Soft Facilities Management and Maximo CAFM system is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to deal with people at all levels with confidence and to work as part of a team
