**Role**: Temporary Appointment Maker / Move Executive
**Location**: Bournemouth
**Pay Rate**: £11.28 per hour to £12.82 per hour DOE
**Hours**:Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 17:30 pm

Our client in Bournemouth has an exciting opportunity for two experienced Appointment Makers to come and join their super friendly, successful team on a full-time temporary basis.

**Duties**
- Explaining to customers how they will be supported and the associated benefits.
- Objection handling and using closing techniques.
- Ensure that the customers experience outstanding levels of service.
- Managing / co-ordinating departmental inboxes, ensuring internal response times are achieved.
- Answering general customer queries via all inbound contact methods.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment (at least 1 year required)
- A positive can-do attitude
- Customer centric and ethically minded.
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Confident and enthusiastic
- The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
- First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Numerate and articulate.
- Well organised, reliable, and thorough

This company is based in the heart of Bournemouth, easily reached by public transport.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £11.28-£12.82 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bournemouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
