**Role Description**

Experience in a relevant environment or customer service orientated environment is essential.

**Purpose of your new role**

To manage a team of 3 direct reports (Office Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor and Stock Controller), so their respective teams of 17 organise and develop the warehouse and distribution of centrally held company stock (£1m+) and ensure branches and customers have the correct stock distributed to them.

**Key job accountabilities**

1. Oversee company stock holding and warehouse team to ensure goods are picked and delivered to branches/salons as per service standards.

2. Ensure goods are booked in and out of the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner

3. Ensure warehouse and store areas are correctly laid out, kept safe and efficiently run.

4. Recruit, manage and train warehouse team according to company procedures, policies and employment law

5. Monitor the ongoing performance of the warehouse and take appropriate action where necessary

6. Hold and run regular meetings for your team, to brief them on new promotions and share best practices/efficiencies and performance data

7. To ensure timely and accurate completion of all the necessary administration in line with the direction from Directors or Senior Management

- Order Dispatch volumes
- Order accuracy measurement (internal and external customers)
- Stock accuracy %
- Website sales growth and fulfilment %

**The network you would work with**

Company Directors and Senior Management Team, Customer Services Team, Depot Managers, Sales Manager and Sales Consultants, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, External Suppliers.
