You will be a passionate person to work closely to the other staffs and to ensure the success of the business by helping ensure the highest level of standards, service and quality. We are looking to recruit the right person that can work with us to constantly deliver on those standards. You’ll need have at least one year previous experience in hospitality and be able to work in the fast moving environment.

**Your Responsibility**:
As part of the team, you will report directly to management and will be a key member of the front of house team. This will mean helping to set up and get the restaurant ready for opening and once opened, you will be integral to the successful running of day-day service and help closing.
- At least one year previous experience in hospitality and be able to work in the fast moving environment.
- Excellent customer interaction and looking to provide great service, also to be confident in taking orders and dealing with the public generally.
- Multitask role between Bar & Waiting, experience in PDQ payments & EPOS till system (Training will be given).
- Dealing with customer’s requests efficiently and accurately, communicating with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Serving food, beverages & accompaniments in line with service standards.
- Clearing tables and/or service points in a team environment.
- Know and can describe food and beverage menus including correct cutlery, crockery and glassware for the menu/beverage items being offered.
- Assisting with the set up and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.
- Order taking including use of written orders and/or electronic till and ordering systems.
- Ensuring all cutlery, crockery and glassware is polished & impeccably clean before use and ensuring all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
- Escalate any service issues to the appropriate management team member.
- Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies
- Needs to be over 18 due to Alcohol Licences
