Fabricator Welder

We are looking to recruit an experienced MIG Welder to join an existing team in Preston. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm. The role entails mainly fabrication and MIG welding of our Steel Hoppers, Balers, compactors and other waste handling equipment.
- Minimum 5+ MIG welding experience (essential)
- Experience with metal fabrication, ideally from a steel construction, Skip, Hoppers, Conveyor, recycling background etc (essential)
- Can read and understand detailed CAD drawings (essential)
- Experience working with powered tools such as grinders and drills. (essential)
- Be able to produce to a high standard of work whilst working under pressure
- Willingness to develop and learn new techniques
- A positive attitude towards team work and Health and Safety in the work place.

This position is temporary to permanent following a successful trial period.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
