Trainer

Our client, a well-established, well organised, compassionate, and caring organisation are seeking a Trainer who will play a pivotal role in their client’s journey.

As the Trainer, you will be delivering training sessions with individuals who have received equipment that they will use in their day-to-day work.

If you enjoy helping others, have a technical mindset where you find it easy to work with technology and would enjoy showing others how to use it then this could be a position worth considering.

You will have a varied working day whilst being proactive, busy managing your own diary and working with others giving you the autonomy to put your own stamp onto this role after some training.

**As a Trainer you will be**:

- Conducting one-on-one training sessions with clients, ensuring they feel confident using the programme.
- Setting up and configuring equipment, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Prioritising and managing your workload effectively.

**As a Trainer you will have**:

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software and hardware.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience delivering training, whether one-on-one or in group settings.
- A clean driving license and access to a vehicle should you need to travel to a client site.
