**Salary**: £50,000+ depending on experience + additional benefits

Key responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and communicate with relevant parties to ensure that all projects are completed to time quality and cost constraints
- Supervise the works and personnel providing technical support and advice when required
- Evaluate progress and adapt scope, timelines and costs when needed
- Prepare reports
- Ensure a professional image is presented to clients and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted
- Establish safe systems of work and compliance to risk assessment, method statements, COSHH and mandatory signage
- Obtain permits and licences from relevant authorities
