Responsible for the efficient operation, utilisation and support of information and communications technology. Will be required to manage both local and enterprise-initiated IT projects, training, and ensure they are delivered within timescales.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and develop all aspects of the IT infrastructure for UK and Germany offices in conjunction with and approved by Corporate IT.
- Ensure local and corporate management teams are made aware of potential weaknesses or threats to security within the IT infrastructure.
- The selection, purchase, installation and maintenance of corporate approved computer, storage, networking, backup, and security hardware.
- Manage the development, administration and upgrade of all Microsoft and corporate approved third-party software installations.
- Provide support for all IT related queries and issues, using Ivanti service desk and manager to track service requests.
- Manage all hardware and software, ensuring all software licensing is compliant.
- Manage all printers and peripherals.
- Liaise with IT staff in other facilities and assist in providing support and solutions for the global organisation.
- Provide remote and onsite support to company facilities globally.
- Manage and maintain VMWare server infrastructure and Pure Storage SAN.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- All Microsoft Windows Enterprise technologies including Windows OS, Windows Server, Office 365, SharePoint, SQL Server and SRS Reporting Services, PowerBI, CRM, and Microsoft Teams.
- Third party Software Systems including Glovia G2 (or other ERP system), Rubrik backup, TestShell, Citrix, RDP services, Ivanti management suite and Heat service desk, Websense, VMware.
- Hardware solutions including Pure Storage SAN, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, VOIP, Teams Phone Systems, Cisco and Aruba Switches, Firewalls, and Enterprise WiFi.
- Experience of procedure, documentation, systems analysis, information system development and deployment.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, ISO9001 Quality, and ISO14001 Environmental requirements.
- Experience in leading an IT team and supporting multiple locations.
- Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
