Pensions Assistant

**Salary Range**
**£21,972 - £24,057**

Administer the provisions of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)

Facilitate the calculation and payment of benefits to contributors of the LGPS through accurate maintenance of all pension records

Undertake basic amalgamations of pension records where required

Assist with Helpdesk enquiries received from LGPS members

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
Four GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English (Grade A to C)

Work involving LGPS, another pension scheme or general finance

Use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Sound knowledge of general office procedures
