The Burnham Beeches Hotel is located in Burnham, Slough. With easy access from Heathrow this hotel is the ideal choice for every company looking for accommodation or conference rooms. Additionally the hotel has a strong focus on leisure guests, hosting weekend breaks, family functions and weddings. We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts Manager. This role will be for up to 16 hours a week, split over 2 days.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Oversee and report on the daily/weekly/monthly financial activities of the hotel
- Works closely with the relevant operational teams to achieve sound financial accountability across all day-to-day business operations
- Overseeing the Sales Ledger function and ensuring all debts are collected/allocated in line with company standards
- Overseeing the credit exposure off the hotel
- Ensuring commission payments are in line with company standards
- Ensuring all documentation are completed/recorded in line Company’s standards

**About you**:

- You must have experience in an Accounts Department, especially Sales Ledger, looking to continue and develop your career further. AAT would be preferred but not essential
- Hotel experience is preferred but not essential
- You will be a natural communicator at all hotel and Head Office levels, able to build relationships in a friendly and professional way.
- You will be committed to high service standards.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- You will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player, with a can-do attitude.
