Gi Group Scunthorpe has an immediate requirement for a Forklift / Production Operator for our customer, based in Gainsborough.
Our client is a leading global business in the ingredients, taste and nutrition food sector and this position is a rare opportunity to join the team.
This position will be ongoing, temporary basis.
**Hours of work;**
0800-1630hrs Monday to Friday
**Rate of pay;**
Standard £10 p/h
OT1 - £15 p/h
OT2 - £20 p/h
**Key attributes;**
- Valid FLT Counterbalance license, with recent experience operating.
- Good standard of communication - written spoken and ability to follow instruction.
- Willing and able to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to lone-work and follow initiative
**The Role;**
This position will be based within the disposal area of the site and primarily lone-working. The successful applicant would be required to use FLT Counterbalance to move used products into the recycling area ensuring cleaning/hygiene standards are maintained.
