**Summary of Role**:
Under the direction of the park management team, you will be responsible for the daily operations and for the staff on the park. You will also be responsible for ensuring all team members under your responsibility are adhering to all company polices. You will also ensure that all team members under your responsibility are delivering excellent customer service at all times and for ensuring the safety of everyone, both customers and staff members, on site.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**1 **Opening and closing the site, while completing the relevant checks;
**2 **Supporting the wider management team in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly by managing a team of Marshalls and ensuring health and safety checks are being adhered to;
**3 **Training new and existing members of staff as required;
**4 **Maintaining the different activity sections on the park and reporting any faults to a senior member of themanagement team;
**5 **Acting as the Manager on Duty as required by the business;
**6 **Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties;
**7 **Effectively communicating to other members of staff what is expected of them in each station within the site;
**8 **Delegating tasks to other members of staff to ensure the park is clean at all times and to ensure that all tasks are completed for each shift.

**9 **Ensuring safety and adherence to company policy, health and safety, food and consumer legislation & regulations at all times.

**Key Performance Indicators/Behaviours**:

- Achieving outstanding scores on the Mystery Customer Report;
- Achieving pass marks on internal company audits;
- Driving sales up by ensuring all staff members are upselling correctly;
- Achieving the Supervisor applicable bonus.

**Person Specification**:
**Qualifications & Training**

**Essential**
- First Aid Level 2 trained
- Basic IT, numeracy and literacy skills

**Desirable**
- First Aid Level 3 trained.

**Experience**

**Essential**
- Experience in working within the leisure industry
- Experience in working in a team management or supervisory role
- Experience in working with young children
- Experience of working with KPI’s
- Experience of mystery shoppers and peek time performance audits

**Desirable**
- Gymnastics and/ or trampolining experience and interest
- Experience in working in a supervisory role in a trampoline/ activity park
- Previous epereince in delivering HR processes such as interviews, training, and personnel meetings such as conduct and performance meetings.
