**The Role**

As a QA Officer you will be involved in various QMS and medicinal product releasing process. Main duties will involve releasing starting material for products to be manufactured in production. Handling and raising CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, and Customer Complaints. To ensure all starting material is having accurate documents before releasing. To carry out periodic checks on controlled drugs and to perform monthly microbial tests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To approve or reject starting material, packaging material, intermediates and finish products based on its safety and accuracy.
- To ensure all the documentation requirements are fulfilled before releasing of any material.
- To monitor and co-ordinate validation activities and to ensure appropriate validations are completed and adhered to validation master plan.
- To establish and manage technical agreements of suppliers and customers.
- To perform supplier qualification based on documents provided and to ensure all documents provided are sufficient for qualification of supplier.
- To perform various tasks such as CAPAs, Deviations, Change Controls.

**Skills and Attributes Required**
- Good Standard of education.
- 3-year GMP Experience.
- Quality Assurance experience preferred.
- Good numerical and IT skill.
- Good attention to detail.
- General office and administrative skills.
- Process and procedure driven.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Good planning and organizing skill.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Good trouble shooting and brainstorming ability.
- Good decision-making skill.
- Good teamwork ability.
