Factory Worker

**Taylor Blackwood Associates** are now looking for a Factory Operative for our client in the Cannock area.

**Job Details**:
*Monday-Friday

*Split shifts of mornings and afternoons

*£10.5ph with overtime rates available

You must have either previous factory experience or hand tool experience in a production environment, this position will be long term with opportunity of the position turning permanent after 13 temp to perm period.
- Operate machinery and equipment in a factory setting
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality control
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Maintain accurate production records
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
