A fabulous opportunity has arisen for one of my clients based in Sheffield to join a well-known, reputable, and trusted organisation. Supporting the CEO and providing additional administration support to the Senior Leadership Team this is a busy, variedand fast paced role. You will have current or recent exceptional and demonstrable experience supporting and managing a Senior Leader, Group MD, CEO or Chairman of a national business and be amazing at what you do. My client is looking for an individual whois passionate about supporting a CEO, tenacious and dedicated with a strong work ethic. The EA is responsible for providing full executive support to the CEO, whilst assisting the other members of Leadership Team as required.

Main Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth running of the CEO's daily activities - this would be achieved by:

- Maintaining the CEO's diary.
- Managing the CEO's in-tray on a daily basis.
- Arranging global travel and visas as necessary.
- Completing all expenses on behalf of the CEO
- Assisting with the creation of presentations for the CEO
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support as required to senior leadership team; including arranging global travel and visas as necessary.
Essential skills and experience required:

- At least 5 years' experience as a Senior PA or Executive Assistant
- A proven ability to work effectively with people of different international cultures and backgrounds.
- A high level of customer service
- Conscientious with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- A high level of integrity and discretion
- A proactive and flexible approach to completing tasks.
- Willingness to learn/develop new skills.
- Ability to self-manage, organise, prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Package skills.
- Demonstrable experience in a direct support role.
- Experience of supporting numerous managers at the same time including diary management.
- Experience in supporting executive and board level meetings.
- Experience in minute taking.
